Phr-Ca Kathryn Huston

Kathryn Huston, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources. Kathryn is the Vice President of Human Resources at Early Autism Services, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Paychex from 2012 to 2023, holding various roles such as Supervisor of PEO Implementation Payroll and Client Training, PEO HR Business Partner and Consultant, and Senior HR Generalist. At Paychex, they led teams and provided consultation on HR topics to clients. Before Paychex, they worked at AMN Healthcare as a Senior HR Service Center Specialist from 2009 to 2012, and at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. as a Benefits Coordinator from 2007 to 2009.

Kathryn Huston, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, completed their education at UC San Diego from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Costa Mesa High School.

In terms of certifications, Kathryn obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) designation from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2013. Kathryn also acquired the Professional in Human Resources California Designation (PHR-CA®) from the same institution in May 2014.

Additionally, they hold multiple certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In April 2015, Kathryn obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM as well as the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM Certification.
