Rowena Dale Mohammed

Rowena Dale Mohammed is a highly experienced project manager and consulting specialist with a diverse background in human resources information systems (HRIS) and technology implementation. Currently contracted through Turn2Partners as a project manager for Early Learning Academies, Rowena is focused on optimizing the integration of applicant tracking systems and streamlining HR processes. Previous roles include HRIS project manager for The Intersect Group, where Rowena managed payroll implementations for international employees, and UKG Pro senior project manager at CARE, leading a critical delayed implementation. With a robust foundation as the founder and CEO of Gotham Synchronized Swim Team, combined with actuarial expertise gained at WTW, Rowena holds a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and extensive studies in cultural anthropology.
