Lauren Evans - Morgan

Lauren Evans - Morgan has extensive experience in early childhood education and child care services, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting providers and ensuring compliance with state programs. Currently serving as a Provider Supports Manager at the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County since April 2016, Lauren has held various roles within the organization, including Policy Coordinator and Provider Services Specialist. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the Coalition and child care providers, monitoring compliance, and providing technical assistance. Prior to this role, Lauren was a VPK Provider Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Polk County and has also worked as a teacher and director in several educational settings, showcasing a breadth of expertise in program development, classroom management, and student support.
