Monika Ciesielska

Monika Ciesielska has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Monika is currently serving as the HR & Employer Branding Director at Early Stage, an English language school network in Poland. Prior to this, Monika held the role of Managing Partner at Carpenter Consulting / IMSA Poland and served as the President of IMSA Search Global Partners. Monika has also been a Chief Executive Officer at new.doors and a Member of the Supervisory Board at elevato. In addition, Monika has worked as a Business Development Consultant at SpenglerFox Poland and as a Partner Program Coordinator at Infovide-Matrix. Overall, their experience covers areas such as recruitment, executive search, business development, and program coordination.

Monika Ciesielska has a Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Marketing & Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Monika also holds a Licentiate degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance from the University of Gdansk.
