Corey Pruitt, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2006, they started their career as the Director of Operations & Training at Compass Mental Health, LLC. Corey then moved on to various roles at Rio Salado College, including Adjunct Faculty, Dean of Instruction & Community Development, and Faculty Chair of the Communication Department. In 2009, Pruitt became the President of Corporate Learning & Development at the National Human Communication Institute. Corey later joined Western International University as an Assistant Dean of Faculty and the University of Arizona Global Campus as an Adjunct Faculty. In 2016, they became the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Maricopa Corporate College. Pruitt also served as the Chief Executive Officer at ChangeSparx, LLC. In 2019, they became the Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs at Rio Salado College. Recently, Pruitt worked at Uber as the Global Learning Design Program Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Learning and Talent Development at Early Warning® since 2022.

Corey Pruitt, Ed.D. completed a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership at Northern Arizona University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters degree in Psychology from Capella University between 2002 and 2004. Corey's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Colorado Christian University from 1999 to 2002. Corey also holds various additional certifications in fields such as change management, neuro-linguistic programming, and communication.
