David Talbot

David Talbot has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. David has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1999 and continuing to the present day.

David'smost recent position is as the Director of Product Engineering at Early Warning, where they will begin in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at First Republic Bank from 2017 to 2023, where they served as the VP of Deposit Technology and was responsible for leading the Developer Experience effort and the banker desktop workstream in a core transition project.

From 2013 to 2017, David worked at TIAA as the VP and Director of Architecture & Strategy. There, they led the enterprise architecture and strategy team and managed the solution architecture and enterprise data teams.

Before TIAA, David worked at LegendaryCode as a Principal, providing direct consulting services. David was also the author of a technology book and consulted on information and AI strategies.

David also held managerial positions at DME and CaseWorthy, Inc., where they managed development teams and provided technology leadership.

Additionally, they worked at ClientTrack as the Vice President of Development, overseeing the transition to a modern web-based platform.

Earlier in their career, David worked at FreeMarkets as the Sr. Manager of Platform Engineering and at Reallinx INC and Accureg INC as a Senior Software Architect and Senior Software Developer, respectively.

David Talbot obtained an Associate's Degree in Integrated Digital Imaging from Texas State Technical College in the year 1998. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in CompTIA Security+, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate, TOGAF Certified, and TOGAF Foundation.
