José Resendiz

José serves as Chief Operating Officer at Early Warning, the fintech company owned by seven of the country's leading banks. In this role he guides the company’s strategy and leads the teams that bring it to life, including those responsible for corporate development, customer implementation and support, consumer and client servicing and fraud risk management.

Prior to joining Early Warning in 2021, José served as Executive Vice President – Global Head of New Ventures at Banco Santander. There, he led corporate strategy, emerging technologies, and the customer experience. He has two decades of business experience, 15 of which have been product-focused, at Intuit, Digital Insight and NCR.

José holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering. He has served on the boards of various non-profit organizations, most recently as the Financial Officer for Third Street Community Center in San Jose, Calif., an organization focused on providing free educational opportunities and STEM learning programs for school-aged children.
