Niamh Murnaghan

Niamh Murnaghan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in non-profit and humanitarian organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Early Years since February 2022, Niamh's career includes significant roles at the Norwegian Refugee Council as both Roving Staff and Country Director, and at Save the Children Australia as Country Director. Niamh has also held leadership positions including Regional Director for Afghanistan and Pakistan at Norwegian Refugee Council and Country Director at GOAL Global. Early professional roles include Accountant at Patrick Friel & Co and Systems Tester at Oxfam. Niamh holds a Master's degree in Agriculture, Environment, and Development from the University of East Anglia, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law from University College Dublin.
