Andy Dougherty

Andy Dougherty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andy is currently the President of US Operations at EarlyBirds since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Axim Geospatial from February 2022 to December 2022, and as the EVP of Strategy from February 2020 to February 2022. From October 2016 to February 2022, Andy was the President/COO at Continental Mapping Consultants. Andy also held the position of SVP, Sector Deputy Director at KEYW Corporation from September 2013 to October 2016 and Vice President of Federal Information Services at DigitalGlobe from May 2011 to July 2013. Andy's career began at Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, where they served as the Manager of Business Development from October 2008 to May 2011 and as the Director of Business Development from 2001 to 2010.

Andy Dougherty earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Spanish with a Concentration in International Studies from La Salle University, which they attended from 1977 to 1980. Andy then pursued an MBA in Management at the University of Michigan, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997.
