Eric oversees multifamily certifications at Earth Advantage by providing guidance to project teams from concept through occupancy.

He’s been invited to speak locally, regionally, and nationally often covering his building science experience and application of sustainable energy, health and water conscious strategies.

Eric has over 25 years of industry experience, an education in business, sustainability and real estate development and a professional background that includes consulting, banking, real estate, materials management and contracting.

Since 2012 he has successfully helped over 100 Northwest affordable, mixed-income and market-rate multifamily projects achieve LEED for Homes, Enterprise Green Communities and Earth Advantage Multifamily certification.
