Elizabeth Ashley Wade has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Elizabeth started their career in 1999 as a Human Resources Manager at Forbes, where they worked for ten years. Elizabeth then joined Marketing Drive as an HR Manager and Talent Acquisition specialist from 2009 to 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Forbes Media for a few months. Elizabeth then transitioned to freelance recruiting from 2014 to 2019, where they provided consulting services in talent acquisition. Currently, they hold the role of Head of People at Earth Animal Ventures, a holistic pet wellness company.
Elizabeth Ashley Wade attended Skidmore College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
