Rafi Khan has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Rafi served as the Chief Operating Officer at Earth Animal, where they were responsible for all operational aspects of the company. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at Walmart eCommerce, where they managed inventory and implemented planning processes. Rafi also worked as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Philips, leading a turnaround effort for the business. At Avon Products Inc., they held various roles including Director of Supply Chain Planning and Transformation, Director of Regional Fulfillment, Director of Logistics Operation, and Business Unit Manager. Rafi also worked as the Director of Ecommerce Operations at Macy's and held several roles at Avon. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Maintenance Engineer and Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co. in plant operations. Rafi Khan completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Northern Kentucky University between 1995 and 1999. Rafi then pursued further education at Amberton University, where they obtained an MBA in Strategic Leadership from 2003 to 2005.
