Earth Resources, Inc. is a woman-owned small business based in Tampa Florida specializing in environmental consulting. The company was formed in 2005 by Nancy Scott, President. The company's areas of expertise include ecological studies and analysis, protected species surveys and permitting, habitat restoration, wetland monitoring, and preparation of NEPA documents. Earth Resources specializes in serving public sector clients. Over 90% of our clients are local and state government agencies.

Nancy Scott, President, has more than 20 years experience including three years with the Southwest Florida Water Management District in the Regulatory Department. Her tenure at SWFWMD has given her a unique insight into the permitting process that has a direct benefit to clients. Ms. Scott's professional  experience includes managing a wide variety of  projects including transportation and utility corridor studies, habitat restoration, wetland health assessments and monitoring and development consulting  throughout the United States. Ms. Scott is responsible for managing the office and clients and acting as the principal in charge on all projects.
