Harini Sivakumar

Harini Sivakumar has worked in various roles in the banking and cosmetics industries since 2008. In 2008, they began working as a Deputy Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where they were responsible for marketing banking products and third-party products, as well as contributing to retail business development. In 2009, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as an Assistant Manager. In 2015, they founded Soapworks India and, in 2018, they founded Earth Rhythm, where they serve as Founder, CEO, and Cosmetic Chemist.

Harini Sivakumar's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras from 2004 to 2007, a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management from Chennai Business School from 2008 to 2009, an MA in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Northampton from 2013 to 2015, a Skincare Formulation course from Formula Botanica from 2016 to 2017, and a Diploma in Advanced Cosmetic Science from Institute of Personal Care Science from 2020 to 2021.
