Molly Rockamann

Molly Rockamann is the CEO and Founder of EarthDance Organic Farm School and is currently on sabbatical. Molly has worked as a Small Farm Enterprise Consultant at FarmServe Africa, focusing on projects in Ghana. With experience in finance, human resources, and sustainability, Molly has held roles such as VP of Finance, HR & Sustainability at Sportsprint and Project Director at Earth Island Institute. Molly also has a background in tour coordination, deli, and horticulture, with a BA in Environmental Studies from Eckerd College.
