Nina Robertson

Nina Robertson is a senior attorney based in the California Regional Office.

Nina came to Earthjustice from Earthrise Law Center, the environmental law clinic of Lewis & Clark Law School, where she litigated National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and Freedom of Information Act cases against federal agencies and took a deep dive into agricultural pollution matters before the California State Water Board. Prior to that, Nina spent a year working on environmental justice, hazardous waste, and state renewable energy matters at the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic of Golden Gate University Law School. From 2012–2015, Nina was an appellate attorney in the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she represented federal agencies in public lands, endangered species, and takings cases before the courts of appeals. Nina clerked in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and was a fellow at the Environmental Law Institute. She holds a B.S. and a J.D. from Stanford University.
