Theresa Mt Melton

Theresa MT Melton, MSM, currently serves as the Director of Internal Communications at Earthjustice, leading efforts to enhance programmatic alignment and foster a culture of trust and connection among staff. With extensive experience in communications, Theresa previously held the position of Strategic Communications Manager in the Media Relations Division at the American Bar Association, overseeing a team focused on strategic outreach and media relations. Prior roles include Senior Public Relations Specialist at the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section and National Project Manager at AARP, where Theresa developed and executed strategic communication initiatives. Additional experience encompasses serving as Media Communications Manager for Prince George's County Government and Communications Specialist for the Prince Georges County Council.
