Donna Charlevoix currently serves as the Vice President of Engagement at EarthScope Consortium since January 2023 and has been an author at Kendall Hunt Publishing Company since January 2002, contributing to the title "Severe and Hazardous Weather." Prior to these roles, Donna held various positions including Director of Education and Community Engagement and Managing Director of Communications at UNAVCO from July 2012 to December 2022, and adjunct assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from January 2010 to January 2018. Donna also directed science and education at The GLOBE Program from February 2009 to July 2012, and served as assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 2009. Earlier in Donna's career, an instructive role was held at San Francisco State University in 1996-1997. Donna Charlevoix holds a PhD in Science Education / Secondary Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
