Glen Mattioli

Vice President Of Instrumentation at EarthScope Consortium

Glen Mattioli serves as the Vice President of Instrumentation at EarthScope Consortium since January 2023, with interim titles related to geodetic instrumentation. Concurrently, Glen holds a position as a Research Professor at the University of Colorado Denver, focusing on precision satellite geodesy applications for natural disaster warnings and seismic hazards. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Geodetic Infrastructure at UNAVCO, where Glen led geodetic network developments and worked closely with NSF. Glen has held professorships at the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Arkansas, along with prior roles at the National Science Foundation and the University of Puerto Rico. Glen earned a PhD and MS in Geological Sciences from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Rochester.
