Sebastian Pandelache

Sebastian Pandelache is an experienced UX/UI Designer and digital design professional currently contracted at Genpact since September 2023, where responsibilities include revamping design components and establishing foundational design principles. Since July 2020, Sebastian has also served as the Website Manager for Earthworks Audio, leading design and web management initiatives to enhance brand identity. As the founder of pande.ro, a digital design studio since July 2013, Sebastian specializes in UX/UI design, graphic design, and web design. Previous experience includes working as a UX Designer at FintechOS from March 2021 to March 2023, focusing on customer experience, and a Senior Graphic Designer at Honeywell from December 2015 to March 2021.
