Julien Troussier has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Human Resources, Learning and Development, Communications, and Operations. Julien has worked at Earthworm Foundation since April 2007, where Julien has contributed to the growth and well-being of employees across multiple countries. With a background in finance, auditing, and coaching, Julien is currently pursuing a Facilitator Program at the Center for Courage & Renewal to further enhance their skills.
