Michele Boner

Michele Boner is the Director of Finance for the Southern Region at Thrive. She oversees all aspects of accounting for Thrive’s accelerated expansion in the southern U.S. market.

Most recently, Michele served as the Chief Financial Officer for InCare Technologies, a nationally recognized MSP in the healthcare, government, education, and SMB sectors, until the company was acquired by Thrive in 2022. She spent more than 20 years at InCare and was promoted to CFO after successful roles as Vice President of Finance and Director of Accounting Operations.

She graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
