Rachana Maladahiyar

Rachana Maladahiyar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachana co-founded Ease4u Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2023 and served as the CEO, focusing on solving procurement challenges for corporate clients. Previously, from 2021 to 2022, they were the Head of Customer Success, Operations, and BD Team at eShipz, overseeing a team of 20+ and streamlining operational processes. Before that, Rachana worked at SuperSeva Services Pvt Ltd in various roles, including Head of Customer Success, Operations, and BD Team from 2016 to 2018, Head of Operation - Concierge Services from 2015 to 2016, Head of CRM (PAN India locations) from 2013 to 2015, Head of CRM (Bangalore location) from 2012 to 2013, and Manager Strategic Marketing and Promotions from 2011 to 2012. Rachana also has experience as the Co-Founder and Marketing Head of Beyond Classroom Consultancy in 2010 and as a Sales Officer in the ESPE Division at 3M Health Care from 2009 to 2010. Rachana began their career as a Science Teacher at St. Joseph's School from 2006 to 2007.

Rachana Maladahiyar completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in PGDM (Marketing & IT) from BIMHRD, Pune, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology Hons from RJM College. Rachana also studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at RJM College for their Class 12th education. Rachana completed their High School education at DAV Public School in 1998.
