Elezar Tonev has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Elezar began their career as Chief Operating Officer at RDM Innovation, where they also acted as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, leading product research, design, and development initiatives. Elezar also designed and implemented in-house manufacturing equipment and processes. In 2016, they became Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Band.it, where they led the development of an innovative camera lens accessory, designed an in-house liquid silicone injection molding process, and engineered automation equipment for product customization and packaging. In 2017, they took on a Mechanical Engineering Intern role at OCTEX Labs, where they composed reverse engineering case studies, evaluated the effectiveness of specialized software and 3D printing technologies, developed a Robotic End of Arm for a four-cavity production mold, and performed First Article Inspection and GRnR on medical devices using CT scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Finally, in 2019, they returned to their role as Chief Operating Officer at EaseAlert.
Elezar Tonev received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Braden River High School between 2012 and 2016, where they were part of the Engineering Design and Leadership Academy. Elezar also holds certifications in DreamWeaver from Adobe (obtained in August 2014), SolidWorks Associate - Mechanical Design from Dassault Systèmes (obtained in January 2014), and Sailing - 420 Sailboat from SARASOTA SAILING SQUADRON INC (obtained in June 2012).
