Brooks Wells

Brooks Wells has extensive work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Brooks is currently the Managing Director of Enterprise Enablement & Technology at Actalent, where they lead strategic teams focused on transforming the talent and customer experience. Prior to this, Brooks held the position of Executive Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations at EASi, a subsidiary of Aerotek. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, talent management, and client and talent engagement across various programs in North America and India. Brooks also has a longstanding history with Aerotek, where they held roles such as Regional Vice President, Director of Business Operations, and Account Executive.

Brooks Wells attended Saint Mary's College of California from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.
