Tanya Axenson

Tanya Axenson is the vice president of human resources for Aerotek’s family of brands, including EASi, and parent company Allegis Group. Tanya oversees all aspects of global human resources while spearheading the development of the company’s human resources strategy and its direction for human capital initiatives.

A seasoned and respected human resources executive, Tanya’s leadership philosophy focuses on the importance of inclusion, engagement and a commitment to helping individuals realize their professional and personal goals — all of which are deeply embedded in the Aerotek and Allegis Group culture.

Before joining Aerotek and Allegis Group, Tanya served as executive director of human resources for Constellation Power Generation, where she provided support to Constellation’s nationwide fleet of non-nuclear generating assets, as well as executive director of talent acquisition, where she oversaw recruiting and staffing efforts for the entire Constellation family of companies. Prior to her roles in human resources, Tanya served as Constellation’s senior HR counsel, providing legal advice and guidance on all labor and employment law issues facing the company. Tanya began her career as an associate attorney with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she handled labor and employment law matters for a variety of large clients.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
