Mandy B. Lacerte

Mandy B. LaCerte serves as the Executive Director for School Leadership at East Baton Rouge Parish School System since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in education management. Prior roles include Executive Director of Early College & Federal Programs and Director of Early College and Workforce Development at University View Academy Inc. and Director of Dual Enrollment at Baton Rouge Community College. Mandy has authored and managed programs to facilitate high school students' transitions to postsecondary education, overseeing policies related to dual enrollment and collaborating with various educational and industry stakeholders. Previous experience also includes serving as School Director/Principal at Career Academy High School and as an educator within the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Higher Education Administration, a Master's in Public Administration, and a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature, all from Louisiana State University.
