Zakiyyah Brewer has a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies from San Francisco State University. Zakiyyah has experience working at various organizations including East Bay Community Foundation and Five Keys Schools and Programs in different roles such as ASCEND: BLO Program Manager, ASCEND: BLO Program Associate, ASCEND: BLO Program Assistant, ASCEND: BLO Intern, and ISP (Independent Studies) Teacher. Zakiyyah also served as a Summer Intern at BART.
