Deborah Spaulding

Deborah Spaulding currently serves as Assistant General Manager of Finance & Management Services and CFO at East Bay Regional Park District, a position held since September 2008. Additionally, Deborah Spaulding is a member of the Board of Trustees at The Crowden School since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Fiscal & Administrative Manager and Principal Financial Analyst for the City of Oakland from October 2003 to September 2008, as well as serving as Program Assistant at The James Irvine Foundation from 1998 to 2000. Deborah Spaulding earned a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in English from Pomona College.
