Christian Brown is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in both education and the food industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Professor at East Carolina University since January 2016, Christian also works as a consultant for Food Network and holds the title of Executive Chef/Owner at GLC Meal Prep and Lake Gastronomy, both established in 2015 and 2014, respectively, focusing on custom catering. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Hilton Greenville, where Christian managed a $2.5 million food program, and ownership of Downtown Diner Greenville. Additionally, Christian has experience as Executive Chef at Union Square Grill in Seattle. Christian holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
