Edwin Torres

Edwin Torres is currently a Special Agent at the NJ State Commission of Investigation. Edwin also serves as the President of the EAST COAST GANG INVESTIGATORS ASSOCIATION. Previously, Edwin worked as a Lieutenant at the NJ Juvenile Justice Commission for over two decades. Edwin has extensive experience in developing programs to manage gang behavior and has held various leadership positions within law enforcement and community organizations.
