Lucy Burton

Lucy Burton, SHRM-CP, has a solid work experience in various human resources roles. Lucy is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at East Coast Seafood Group since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company from January 2020 to May 2022. Additionally, Lucy worked as a Human Resources Generalist at East Coast Seafood Group from June 2018 to January 2020.

Before joining East Coast Seafood Group, Lucy was employed at Savant Systems, where they worked in human resources from April 2015 to January 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Chairman at the Town of Mashpee, Board of Health from June 2005 to January 2017, overseeing various responsibilities related to licensing, inspections, and regulations.

Lucy also had experience working as a Human Resources Manager at Environmental Operating Solutions from June 2008 to April 2015. In their role, they focused on benefits, compliance, payroll, onboarding, accounting, and project management.

Lucy Burton, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Lucy also attended Cape Cod Academy. In addition, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in March 2019.
