Jennifer Mulligan

Jennifer Mulligan, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Business and Finance for East Greenbush Central Schools since July 2023. With extensive experience in finance and accounting, Jennifer has held prominent positions such as Advisory Audit Committee Chair and Member for the New York State and Local Retirement System since April 2016, and leadership roles in the New York Government Finance Officers' Association, including President of the Board of Governors. Prior to the current role, Jennifer was the Business Office Manager/Controller at Questar III BOCES and Comptroller for the Town of Schodack. Early career experiences include various roles at Marvin and Company, P.C., and a position as Regional Sales Manager/Accounts Payable Manager at Conviser Duffy CPA Review. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College.
