John Sieminski

John Sieminski serves as General Counsel for JKLM Energy, LLC, a Pennsylvania-based oil and gas exploration and production company since January 2013, and for East Management Services, LP, overseeing a diverse range of closely-held entities in various sectors including oil and gas and professional sports since January 2011. Prior to these roles, John held the position of General Counsel at East Resources, Inc., from April 2008 to December 2010, and served as a member at Burns, White & Hickton, LLC, where John chaired both the Construction Law Group and the Electronic Discovery Group. Earlier in their career, John was a partner at Wayman, Irvin & McAuley LLC from 1995 to 2000. John achieved a Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University.
