Kirsty Derry

Kirsty Derry is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director at East Midlands Trains since March 2015, where responsibilities include shaping and delivering the People strategy to enhance service delivery. Kirsty also works as a Consulting Partner at Step Ahead HR & Training, focusing on organizational change and business improvement. In addition, Kirsty serves as a part-time Visiting Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Heart of Worcestershire College. Previously, Kirsty held the position of Group HR Director at 2 Sisters Food Group from September 2010 to July 2014, and HR Director at Molson Coors (UK) Ltd from March 2007 to July 2010. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Nottingham Trent University and a BA Hons in Economic & Social History from the University of Bristol.
