Debbie Stanley

Debbie Stanley (FCIPD) currently serves as the Head of HR for Rail Operations, Engineering, Safety & Corporate at East Midlands Railway since January 2022, where responsibilities include HR strategy formation and team leadership. Previously, as People Strategy Director at Archway Learning Trust, Debbie developed a comprehensive people strategy and managed the entire employee lifecycle. Additional experience includes strategic support at HR for Education Ltd, leading national HR services at Browne Jacobson LLP, and roles in various educational institutions that involved business and HR management. Debbie holds multiple qualifications, including Chartered Fellow status from CIPD and a certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence.
