Angela Carpenter

Angela Carpenter is an experienced professional currently serving as the Community Support Manager at East of England Co-op since September 2023. Previously, Angela managed a substantial portfolio of contracts supporting Deaf people nationwide at the Royal Association for Deaf People from June 2015 to August 2023, where roles included Contract Manager, Data and Insight Lead, and Project Reporting Officer. Prior experience includes HR and Payroll Administrator at Flakt Woods Limited, managing Payroll and Pensions at St Helena Hospice, and serving as Payroll and Pensions Officer at ESSA. Angela began their career as a Clerical Officer in the Radiology Department at Colchester General Hospital. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Open University and completed education at the Pensions Management Institute.
