Wendy Pollard-Millar has over three decades of work experience in customer experience, marketing, and operations roles. Wendy started their career at Scotiabank in 1989, where they held various director roles, including Director of Workforce Management, Planning & Business Analytics, Director of National Operations in Customer Contact Centres, and Director of Strategic Business Development. In 2016, Wendy joined East Penn Canada as the National Manager of Customer Experience and later took on roles as Director of Customer Care & Customer Experience and Director of Customer Experience and Marketing. Their expertise lies in developing and implementing customer-focused strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and drive business growth.

Wendy Pollard-Millar completed the Erickson Certified Professional Coach program at Erickson Coaching International from 2015 to 2016. This program covered The Art & Science of Coaching with completion of Modules I to V. Additionally, Wendy has obtained certifications in PRINCE2 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
