Chih Chen

Chih Chen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as ALM Manager and Senior Vice President in Treasury at East West Bank since June 2022. Prior roles include Head of ALM Modeling and Senior Vice President in Treasury ALM at Bank of the West, as well as positions in interest rate hedging and derivatives.
