Chuck Chuan Ng

Chuck Chuan NG serves as an Assistant Professor and Head of Programme at Xiamen University Malaysia's China-ASEAN College of Marine Sciences since September 2020. In addition to this role, Chuck is an appointed member of the Young Scientists Network - Academy of Sciences Malaysia and has been a Fulbright Association member since October 2018. Chuck holds the title of Graduate Technologist in Green Technology with the Malaysia Board of Technologists and is involved with the Asia-Europe Foundation, Mosaic International Network Alumni, and the Golden Key International Honour Society as a member. Furthermore, Chuck is an ambassador for the Milky Way Youth Movement and serves as a mentor with the APEC Mentoring Center for the Gifted in Science. Chuck's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Environmental Sciences from the University of Malaya and various professional certificates in related fields from Technische Universität Dresden and Universität Hohenheim.
