Mia Andrews

Mia Andrews has extensive experience in human resources, having held executive positions in various companies. Most recently, they served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at EastBanc and EastBanc Technologies since February 2022. Prior to that, they were in charge of global human resources at Clearwater Analytics from 2021 to February 2022. From 2017 to 2020, Mia was the Global Human Resources Leader at DXC Technology. Before that, they held the position of Global Human Resources Director at CSC from 2013 to 2017. Mia started their career as a Strategy Consultant at IBM from 2004 to 2013 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at KPMG from 1999 to 2004.

Mia Andrews has pursued their education from multiple institutions. Mia enrolled at The George Washington University, where they focused on Art History and earned a minor in that field of study. Later, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the same university. Mia went on to join the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services.
