Ian Fitzpatrick

Ian Fitzpatrick is an experienced planning and regeneration professional with a diverse background in housing and community services. Currently serving as the Director of Planning and Regeneration for Eastbourne and Lewes Councils since March 2018, Ian oversees significant regeneration projects, including the £54 million redevelopment of the Congress Theatre and the £180 million North Street Quarter. As Managing Director of Eastbourne Homes Ltd since September 2005, Ian leads strategic initiatives in alignment with the Board of Directors, while also holding the role of Assistant Director Housing and Community at Eastbourne Borough Council, where responsibilities include managing various housing and environmental health services. Previous positions include Housing Services Manager at Worthing Borough Council and Advice, Support & Homelessness Manager at Adur District Council, among others. Ian Fitzpatrick holds a degree from London Metropolitan University.
