Earlier in their career, Jim worked as the Director of Music for Blood-n-Fire Ministries from January 1997 to March 2000, where Jim managed multiple bands, oversaw recording and sound operations, and developed musicians and songwriters. Jim is a graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Music, having attended in 1997.
