Carthon Davis

Mr. Davis serves as Director – Asset Management for Easterly Government Properties.

Mr. Davis is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio, including managing the financial performance of assets, property operations, leasing, capital planning and investment, and tenant satisfaction.

Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Davis managed operations for Vakos Real Estate Services that consisted of brokerage, development, and property management across 50+ properties including multi-family, mixed-use, office, and retail. Prior to Vakos, Mr. Davis was at JLL’s Public Institutions where he served as a Project Manager for the National Capital Region on the GSA National Broker Contract. In this role, Mr. Davis managed the design and construction of over 2.5 million square feet that included seven agency headquarter relocations. While at JLL’s Public Institutions, Mr. Davis also served as a Portfolio Asset Advisor for the U.S. Air Force’s Military Housing Privatization Initiative.

Mr. Davis received his BA from the University of Mary Washington.
