Monjurul Alam Chartered Fellow CIPD has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Monjurul Alam began their career as a Human Resources Officer at RAK Ceramics in 1998. Monjurul Alam then worked at the British High Commission in Bangladesh as a Human Resources Manager and Diversity Officer from 2001 to 2006.
Afterwards, they joined Eastern Bank Limited as an In-charge of Human Resources in 2006, where they coordinated HR functions and received an employee of the year award for their skills in computer and facilitation. In 2016, they briefly joined Fortis Healthcare as the Head of Human Resources before returning to Eastern Bank Limited once again as the Head of Human Resources. In this position, they provided HR leadership to the organization, successfully recruited and developed 500+ future leaders, and implemented new HR policies for multiple organizations.
