Paul Adcock

Executive Director, Digital Health at Eastern Health

Paul Adcock is the Acting Executive Director, Information, Technology & Capital Projects at Eastern Health. Paul has over 15 years of experience in health information management and technology.

Paul started their career at KPMG Australia as a Manager in the Risk Advisory Services division. Paul then transitioned to Alfred Health, where they spent nearly 10 years in various roles, including Director of Service Development and Review, and Director of Technology Services & Transformation. In their most recent role at Alfred Health, Paul was responsible for leading and facilitating multi-disciplinary teams to support and advance the development of the Electronic Medical Record. Paul also oversaw the implementation and maintenance of ICT Infrastructure, including the design and operational plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.

In February 2015, Paul joined Eastern Health as the Acting Executive Director, Information, Technology & Capital Projects. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of the organization, as well as capital projects.

Paul Adcock has a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University, a Professional Certificate of Health Systems Management from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care from Deakin University. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from Phillip Institute of Technology.

They work with Gayle Smith - Executive Director, Quality, Planning & Innovation, Alison Dwyer - Executive Director, Research & Chief Medical Officer, and Shannon Wight - Executive Director, Clinical Operations. Paul Adcock reports to David Plunkett, Chief Executive.
