Raul Rodriguez, III

Raul Rodriguez III is currently the Regional Planner for EPCOG where he assists with the management of two regional transportation planning organizations (RTPOs) in the southeast and northeast half of eastern New Mexico, and assists with planning, land use, technical assistance, policy development, economic development, project management, and community development.

Raul was formally a General Manager/Area Supervisor within the food industry, with years of experience in retail, retail management, and human resources.

He is a Clovis High School alumnus, Raul has attended Eastern New Mexico University, Clovis Community College, and is currently enrolled through New Mexico University through the NMEdge program. He is an active member of the American Planning Association and its various subdivisions: Economic Development, Regional & Intergovernmental, Small Town & Rural, and Transportation. Raul was part of the Kiwanis Club and a member of the Honor Society.
