William Paden began their career in 1999 at Kravet, where they held two roles: Outside Sales Representative and Inside Sales Specialist. In 2006, they transitioned to Lanco Corporation as an Inside Sales Specialist. In 2007, they moved to MEI Corp as a Sales Representative. In 2008, they joined Motivators, Powered by ePromos as a Managed Accounts Representative. Finally, in 2010, they joined Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC, where they held two roles: National Accounts Sales Manager and National Account Manager.
William Paden attended Suffolk County Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management.
