Katie Axinn

Katie Axinn, MSW, LSW, currently serves as a Social Worker at Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania since June 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Social Worker at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from August 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities encompassed collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining therapeutic relationships with oncology patients. Additional experience includes internships focused on pediatric neuro-oncology and emergency department settings, which involved providing support during psychiatric crises. Prior roles include serving as a Corps Member with Jumpstart, a Teacher’s Aide, and a Social Work Intern. Katie Axinn holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Temple University.
