Glenn Goldman has extensive experience in strategic and commercial roles. Glenn started their career as an Associate Partner at Monitor Group in 2004 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Principal at Monitor Deloitte, specializing in competitive and marketing strategy for consumer products and services companies. In 2016, Goldman joined Eastman as the Director of Corporate Strategy, where they developed and implemented growth strategies for the Specialty Plastics, Performance Films, and Fibers businesses. Glenn then became the Global Marketing Director for Specialty Plastics from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Global Commercial Director for Plastics at Eastman, leading global sales and marketing teams and driving the development and execution of circular economy strategies.
Glenn Goldman earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University in 1990. Glenn then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Sport Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1995 to 1997. In 2002 and 2003, Glenn attended Columbia Business School and obtained an MBA.
